Eligibility:

This promotion is open to customers who purchase new GoCanvas software, renew, or switch their GoCanvas licensing to ARKANCE ANZ during the promotion period. Employees of ARKANCE, their immediate family members, and anyone involved in the administration or execution of this promotion are not eligible to enter. 

How to Enter:​

To enter, customers must complete a qualifying purchase, renewal, or licensing switch within the promotion period. Each eligible transaction counts as one entry into the prize draw. No additional purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.  

Promotion Period:

The promotion runs from 18 August 2025 to 14 November 2025. Purchases or switches made outside these dates will not be eligible.  

​Prize Details:

The prize is a LuxuryEscapes.com voucher valued at AUD $5,000. The voucher can be redeemed through LuxuryEscapes.com towards accommodation, flights, or experiences, subject to their terms, conditions, and availability. The voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any expenses beyond the $5,000 voucher value are the responsibility of the winner. 

Prize Draw:

The Wheel of Fortune-style draw will be conducted on 17 November 2025, with the winner announced on the same day. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions:

ARKANCE ANZ reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify entries that do not meet the terms, and substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary. By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to their name and likeness being used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, ARKANCE ANZ shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of accepting and/or using the prize. This includes any changes in travel arrangements, cancellations, or other issues arising from the use of the voucher with LuxuryEscapes.com.
