#### How to **add the recurring event** to your calendar

After downloading the `.ics` file, follow these steps:  
Outlook on the web: Go to **Calendar → Add to Calendar → Import**.   
Outlook desktop: Go to **File** → **Open & Export** → **Import/Export**, then follow the prompts.
